Helen Wilkins
- Alternative Therapy Trainer, Reiki Master/Teacher

All training is provided by Helen Wilkins.

Having accumulated several years of training experience (since 1996), Helen started training hard and soft skills around Europe for a large well-known corporate company. She acquired her training skills through a number of recognised training bodies with her main qualifications coming from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development).

During this time she became involved with Reiki (in 1996) and other therapies and developed a keen interest in how a person can 'help themselves' to keep and maintain a healthy lifestyle and attitude.

In 2002, she wanted to put this into practice and decided to set up her own training, specialising in alternative and complementary therapies. Since she had already experienced the formal attitude of corporate training, she felt it was important to provide an informal training experience for the therapies; creating a happy, relaxed learning environment at her home and/or on location.

Helen specialises in teaching Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (the traditional Usui method), Malish Indian Head Massage (a method of massage originating from the Punjab region of India) and Ear Candling. She has also been treating people with these and other therapies for many years.

Helen’s students come from a wide range of backgrounds (armed services, beauty industry and the media to name a few) however recent years has seen a growth in the number of nurses attending her courses.
